REFLECTION FOR MONDAY OF 18TH WEEK IN ORDINARY TIME.

THEME: FOOD FOR 5000.

Mt 14: 13 – 21.

Jesus is provident, he is full of loving care and compassion. He does not want me to lack food. He demonstrated this by sharing bread and fish to the 5000 who came to listen to Him. He brought abundance out of scarcity? Do I see those who hunger for my love, forgiveness, and attention? Do I show care to others living with me?

LET US PRAY
Thank you Lord for the spiritual nourishment I receive at Mass. Satisfy my hunger for divine truth and wisdom. Enable me Lord to feed the hungry with bodily and spiritual food. Help me to be able to care for my neighbours who are hungry for my love and understanding. Let me realize that there is love in sharing my knowledge, talents and treasure with others. Amen.
