Jn 14: 27 -31.
Lord Jesus, your peace surrounds me. It gives me great comfort. You do not want me to be troubled or afraid of anything. Are there situations that make me panic and agitated? Am I restless because of anything? Do I dwell in peace and serenity when others exhibit anger and hate? How do I experience the peace of Jesus in my life?

LET US PRAY.
Jesus, I know you love me and do not want me to be depressed by the burdens of life. Take away my troubles and fears as I place my trust in you. Help me to always be aware of your abiding presence, and to conduct my life in a more peaceful manner. Give me calmness of spirit, tranquility of heart and inner peace. Amen.
