Homily: Every child is a potential family seed. Families are the smallest Christian basic communities. When you are cutting a big tree ????, it falls to the direction where the axe or cutlass is constantly cutting the tree.

Simile modo, when you are bringing up a child, wherever you dedicated the child will be most likely where he/she is found. Jesus was dedicated in the Temple, often he was taken to the Temple for spiritual ceremonies. When the parents did miss him; Mary thought he was with Joseph, while Joseph thought he was with Mary or both thought he was with their relatives, Jesus was found in the Temple where he was in midst of Rabbis and Sanhedrin listening and asking then questions as an avid student. Today, as we celebrate the feast of the Holy Family of Jesus, Joseph and Mary, let us project ourselves and families to God’s Temple. May God whom we bear his image grant us and our families the grace to remained in his earthly instituted church so that we may be found in the Heavenly Father’s House where there are many mansions. Happy Sunday and Feast of Holy Family?
