Reflection for Thursday March 31 2022
Jn 5: 31-47.
Jesus speaks to the Jews who did not receive nor believe him. He knows that God’s testimony and approval is more reliable, and far surpasses any human witness. I am sorry Lord because at times some of my behaviour do not portray my belief in you. Is Jesus lamenting my lack of belief in him due to some of my bad actions like not showing interest in the welfare of others and not interceding for them?
LET US PRAY.
Lord Jesus, help my faith in you to be deepened and not dependent on human opinions. By believing in you may I draw more souls to you. Grant me the grace to patiently instruct people in your ways so that they will respond appropriately by becoming convinced followers of yours. Amen.
