Daily reflection for Thursday of the 3rd Week of Advent

Reflection for Thursday December 16 2021

Lk 7: 24-30.

Jesus praised John in his absence. But the Pharisees could not even acknowledge John. Am I able to recognize God’s love in the lives of others? Do I speak well of others? Do I express my admiration of the good deeds of others through paying them genuine compliments?

LET US PRAY.
Open my eyes Lord to see the good in others. Help me to bless them, and cherish their giftedness. Thank you for the times you’ve used me like a prophet amongst my peers. Like John let me be a humble and dedicated messenger in my home and work place. Amen.
