DAILY REFLECTION FOR MONDAY OF THE 6TH WEEK OF EASTER

REFLECTION FOR MONDAY MAY 23 2022

 

Jn 15: 26 -16: 4a.

I trust in the promise of Jesus to send the Advocate who will bear witness to his work. Jesus also foretells that as his witness I may experience persecution. However, the Holy Spirit will help me from falling away. Have I myself in any way persecuted or underrated anyone in the name of the Church’s law? Do I bear true witness to Christ love?

LET US PRAY
Lord Jesus, give me your Spirit of truth so that I may use only your standard and not my ego in relating with men and women who sincerely serve you and open their hearts to you. May the Advocate strengthen me and see me when my faith is being shaken. Stay by me and support me in moments of fear and loneliness so that I may become a victor and overcomer.
